Not to be that person but... therapy therapy therapy. Dating after a major physical transformation without processing the emotional side is like driving a new car without learning the new controls. You'll crash.
I say this with love and as someone who crashed HARD before getting help 😅

The "do I put before pics on my profile" debate is real too. I decided not to because my profile should be about who I am NOW, not some transformation narrative for strangers.

already in therapy! My therapist and I have talked about this extensively. She told me to "date with curiosity not suspicion" and it's become my mantra 🙏
